Jessica A. Pellerin

Jessica A. Pellerin is a partner with Mello & Pickering, LLP, where she exclusively practices family law. Since joining the firm in 2015, Jessica has been an invaluable asset to both the firm and her clients. She has represented clients throughout the Bay Area in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody and visitation, child and spousal support, high asset property division, and post-judgment modifications.

Known for her thoughtful and strategic approach, Jessica represents clients in both carefully negotiated settlements and contested litigation. She has extensive experience handling high-conflict custody disputes, complex financial issues, and cases involving business interests, executive compensation, and substantial assets. While she is a strong advocate in the courtroom, Jessica believes effective preparation and practical problem-solving often lead to the best outcomes for her clients and their families.

Jessica understands that family law matters are among the most personal and emotionally challenging legal issues an individual can face. She works closely with her clients to provide clear guidance, candid advice, and steady advocacy throughout every stage of the process. Jessica understands that there is no one-size fits all solution that fits every child and family. With that in mind, she brings empathy and compassion to the table when setting goals and expectations with and for her clients.

Jessica earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Saint Mary’s College of California and her Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. During law school, she gained family law experience through the Department of Child Support Services, the Bar Association of San Francisco’s Family Law Project, and a family law solo practitioner. She graduated with Honor Roll and Distinguished Honor Roll recognition and received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Immigration Law.

Jessica was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2015 after passing the California Bar Examination on her first attempt.

In her free time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, embroidering, and reading.
