Morgan Hill is a small community located in southern Santa Clara Valley approximately 12 miles south of San Jose. Morgan Hill has a population of 39,800 and is rapidly growing while maintaining its appealing small town atmosphere. Gilroy is a neighboring community, located 10 miles south of Morgan Hill with a population of approximately 40,100. Gilroy is commonly known as the Garlic Capital of the World and The Outlets at Gilroy draw shoppers from all over Santa Clara County and the Bay Area. Together, these two towns make up over 4% of Santa Clara County.

Mello & Pickering represents many clients who live in the Morgan Hill and Gilroy areas. Our office is conveniently located in downtown San Jose, an easy drive from Morgan Hill or Gilroy. To get to our office from either town, take 101 North towards San Jose. Merge onto CA-85 North towards Mountain View/Cupertino and then take CA-87 North towards Downtown San Jose. Exit onto Santa Clara St./Julian St. and take the Santa Clara St. ramp towards Downtown San Jose. There is a parking garage located directly behind our building on Santa Clara St., to your right as you exit the freeway.

Residents of Gilroy, Morgan Hill and the surrounding areas, including San Martin, Coyote and portions of San Jose, will have their cases assigned to the new Santa Clara County Superior Court South County Courthouse, Family Division, located at 301 Diana Avenue in Morgan Hill. The South County Courthouse opened in April of 2009 and began processing Family Court cases in May 2009. The facility has ample free parking and is conveniently located near downtown Morgan Hill and the CalTrain station on Depot Street.

From HWY 101 South: Take the East Dunne Ave. exit and turn right onto East Dunne Ave. Turn right onto Butterfield Blvd. Turn left onto Diana Ave. The parking lot will be on the right side.

From HWY 101 North: Take the East Dunne Ave. exit and turn left. Go over the freeway and turn right onto Butterfield Blvd. Turn left onto Diana Ave. The parking lot will be on the right side.

From HWY 280 or 680: Take HWY 101 South towards Morgan Hill. Take the East Dunne Ave. exit and turn right onto East Dunne Ave. Turn right onto Butterfield Blvd. Turn left onto Diana Ave. The parking lot will be on the right side.

From HWY 87 South: Take the HWY 85 South exit. Then take the HWY 101 South exit. Take the East Dunne Ave. exit and turn right. Turn right onto Butterfield Blvd. Turn left onto Diana Ave. The parking lot will be on the right side. From HWY 17 South: Take the HWY 85 South exit. Then take the HWY 101 South exit. Take the East Dunne Ave. exit and turn right. Turn right onto Butterfield Blvd. Turn left onto Diana Ave. The parking lot will be on the right side.
